Built from the inside out
ModWorkflows.ai wasn't built by an agency. It was built by someone who spent years learning ServiceNow and technology staffing — and who the people in it really are.
I started on the ServiceNow side of the house, and I never left. Six years of working in this ecosystem taught me one thing over and over: the people are the platform. The right architect on the right account changes what a company can do. The right certification at the right time changes what a person can earn.
But the way talent gets treated in this industry never sat right with me — filtered lists, cold outreach, profiles gathering dust in someone else's spreadsheet. So I built the thing I always wanted to exist: a members-only network where your profile works for you, your certifications earn you status, better opportunities come to you, and you get unique rewards by working with me.
For the past six years I've specialized in one thing: the ServiceNow ecosystem. I've spent that time getting to know the architects, developers and process owners who actually keep enterprise platforms running — what they're worth, what they're certified in, and what the next role should look like for them. ModWorkflows.ai is that experience turned into a network: a place where talent is treated as members, not line items in a database.
I also co-founded Whisler, Inc. — work that keeps me close to the companies actually building and implementing on ServiceNow. Those relationships are what make this network worth joining: my strategic partnerships let me put members directly in front of the right companies, instead of throwing profiles into a queue and hoping something sticks.
Away from the platform, I'm a music artist recording professionally out of Houston, Texas. Same discipline, different medium — writing, refining, and putting real work into the world. It's a reminder that careers are creative acts, and it shapes how ModWorkflows is run: build the thing yourself, keep it independent, and never sound like everyone else.
