A ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is needed for an immediate contract engagement supporting a managed services provider serving a federal customer.

Responsibilities

Assess the current ServiceNow landscape.
Lead stakeholder workshops.
Recommend a roadmap for scaling the platform.
Provide temporary architecture governance support.
Address domain separation and data separation in an environment with possible FedRAMP considerations.

Required

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is REQUIRED — not optional or preferred.
U.S. citizenship and physical presence on U.S. soil.

Preferred

Oracle, SAP and ERP integration experience.
Experience with licensing, API integrations and ERP Canvas.

Focus: App Engine and Platform Architecture.
