The opportunity
Seeking a senior ServiceNow Solution Architect for a 3-week high-level SAM Pro advisory engagement focused on implementation assessment, data quality evaluation, and strategic remediation planning.
This is a focused 3-week advisory and assessment engagement centered on evaluating a customer's current SAM Pro implementation, data quality, and integrations. The successful candidate will lead technical and process discussions to identify gaps against out-of-the-box best practices and develop a prioritized remediation roadmap. Key responsibilities include assessing software discovery, normalization, entitlements, and reconciliation processes, as well as evaluating integrations with tools such as SCCM, JAMF, and Coupa. This role requires a high-level architect capable of providing credible recommendations and presenting findings to both technical and business stakeholders, rather than a development-focused resource.
