Deliver Service Mapping and Event Management in a ServiceNow GCC environment. Event Management expertise required. Remote U.S.; 32 hours/week; starts December 7, 2026.

A Lead ITOM Principal Technical Consultant is needed to deliver Service Mapping and Event Management in a customer's ServiceNow GCC environment.

Engagement details

Contract; 32 hours per week.
Remote within the United States.
Start date: December 7, 2026.
Available during West Coast/Central time zone working hours.
Compensation: $100–$110/hr.

Required

ServiceNow Event Management expertise.
U.S. citizenship and physical location within the United States.
Ability to complete the adjudication process and obtain access to the customer's GCC environment.

Service Mapping scope

Implement Service Mapping for up to 20 business services, including configuration items and their relationships.
Configure agreed tag-based service families using no more than 5 key/value pairs, including tag-based governance.
Analyze up to 20 supported cloud vendor infrastructures, gather credentials and plan Discovery schedules to populate the CMDB on a recurring basis.

Event Management scope

Assist with up to 2 MID Server installations.
Deploy and validate up to 40 Agent Client Collectors.
Configure 1 out-of-the-box pull connector and the push connector(s).
Per source, configure up to 10 event rules covering transform, ignore and threshold logic; 10 alert management rules; and 4 alert correlation rules using standard filters.
Per source, configure up to 4 workflows that trigger customer remediation scripts from alerts.
Configure up to 8 out-of-the-box checks, plus 1 custom check and 1 policy.
